At Senius Care we are able to offer cover and can send a carer to help you with as little as 24 hours’ notice. What do you need help with? Visit our website and register as a customer, give
us an overview of your care needs, we will then take you through the care options we have available. Our unique two-way matching system between carers and our clients ensures that, as much as possible, individual preferences are taken into account. All our carers are fully vetted and dbs checked. We will send you some carers’ profiles which most closely match your preferences and needs, and you can select carer(s) who suit you best. After you have met with your chosen carer(s) and you feel they are a good match for you, we agree a start date. We will contact you a few days after your chosen carer begins working with you, to ensure that you are happy with the arrangements, and to make any further arrangements or adjustments that may be necessary.
